There is a spelling error in my book and I'd like to return it, how do I do this?
We cannot accept returns on books with spelling errors. We ask that you carefully proofread all books before submitting an order.

In most cases, we ask that you take digital photos of the quality issues and email us at support@mixbook.com to clearly explain what you were not satisfied with. We can verify through the photos whether a reprint is required, so we do not require that the book is sent back. In some cases we may request to have the book sent back so we can review it.
